Noah's Flood

One of the most well known of the Chester plays is Noah's Flood. This play follows the Bible story in which God tells Noah that he is going to destroy mankind in a flood for their sins. Noah is the only good man, so God instructs Noah to build an ark and shelter his family as well as a male and female of every animal.
